Document template


After the establishment of your account, the initial phase involves customizing the format of your business documents, such as sales and purchase orders. To achieve this, kindly navigate to your workspace settings -> PDF templates. Within this area, you will have the option to choose from a variety of pre-designed templates.


You have the ability to customize multiple aspects of the document, such as:


  • The header
  • Branding color
  • Sender information (your account)
  • Recipient details (customer)
  • Subject and description fields
  • Product and service specifications
  • Document notes
  • Payment terms
  • The footer text to effectively present your company's other details and information.

  1. Choose document model

You have the option to customize each business document according to your preferences. For instance, when selecting a document such as a purchase order, you can also choose the primary document color.

The following documents can be customized: Purchase order, purchase receipt, purchase invoice, sale quotation, sale order, sale delivery receipt, sale invoice, and cheque.

Customize document details and provide a preview of its appearance. Below is a fundamental model of the document:


  • You have the capability to choose the document design format, personalize the title, sender, and designation information. Moreover, you will be able to modify, show, or hide specific elements.
  • Additionally, you can tailor the product row details for each document during its creation or editing process.
  • Also, the document footer can be adjusted manually. It can be utilized to include any supplementary pertinent details about your company or product.

It is possible to modify the sender's displayed information for each document by clicking on "Edit Expeditor" and editing the displayed details such as the name, phone number, website, address, etc.

This release includes two built-in models for each document. Additional models will be added as we further enhance Devinstock with new features.
