  1. Choose Your Language

Devinstock is a multilingual system. To change the language (French or English are supported), kindly click on "Language". Devinstock will soon accommodate more languages, with Spanish and Arabic being the next ones to be added.

  1. Configure Card Labels

The system labels play a significant role in the context of task-based activities such as CRM opportunities or project timesheets as they facilitate the classification of a set of tasks or subtasks.

It is important to emphasize that card labels are distinct from Kanban card statuses.

For instance, when working with CRM opportunity cards, you have the ability to create and assign labels such as "online" or "in person" to specify how the sale opportunity card should be managed. Labels also may refer to a certain type of advertising campaign, a type of prospect or leads, and the steps for follow-up message, such as "email sent" or "whatsapp message sent".

To create a new label, please navigate to your workspace settings under "Settings -> Labels". Then, select "New Label" and specify a name and a specific color. Additionally, you can choose to assign a label to a card on the opportunity page.

  1. Define Expense Categories

Classifying expenses plays a crucial role in cost analysis and resource management, offering valuable insights for optimizing your company budget.

By effectively allocating financial resources, you can make well-informed decisions to enhance operational efficiency and address future savings opportunities.

You have been provided with a predefined list that you can activate, modify, or add based on relevance. To do so, please navigate to your "Settings -> Expense Categories". We suggest disabling any categories that are not needed and keeping a concise list of expense categories, ideally no more than ten.

Examples:

  • Salaries and Benefits
  • Sales Costs
  • Technology and IT Costs
  • Taxes and Duties
  • Office Supplies
  • Training and Development
  • Consulting Fees
  • Software Licenses
  • Website and Hosting
  • Communication Expenses
