Manage your accounts


Devinstock streamlines account management by enabling users to easily create or import new accounts along with comprehensive business details, billing terms, and addresses.

With Devinstock, you benefit from efficient account organization and the ability to track transactions, manage purchases and sales, centralize communications, send emails, log calls, schedule appointments, and more.

Additionally, Devinstock enables you to input customer's preferences such as base currency, initial claims, designate debts or credits, and specify billing and shipping addresses, ensuring smooth account management for businesses of all sizes


  1. Create a new account

To create an account in Devinstock, please navigate to the CRM module, then select "Accounts," and proceed by choosing "New Account":

  • Include the account logo.
  • Indicate the Account Type:
      • Customer
      • Supplier
      • Prospect (Lead)
  • Specify whether the account is professional (in the case of a company) or personal.
  • Provide the Account Name.
  • Generate a reference number.
  • Choose the account type: reseller, distributor, end client (Account categories can be customized in settings.)
  • Select the account business sector:

Example: Real Estate, Services, Manufacturing ..

  • Add optional information: Phone Number, City, Country, website, etc

After completion, you have the option to save the account. This optimized process guarantees precise and well-structured management of your accounts within Devinstock.

Once you have completed the information, you will be redirected to the account page.


  1. Add billing terms

You can also add and manage billing terms for each account: we are referring to the currency, discount, and payment deadline associated with the account transactions. This feature enables you to customize payment arrangements to align with the specific requirements of each account, guaranteeing seamless and effective products delivery and financial transactions.


  • Select the base currency for your account (client or supplier).

  • Choose Payment Deadline Options: 1 day, 2 days, 1 week, 1 month, etc
  • When adding a new account or importing it from another system, you have the option to input the initial claim (e.g., $1000) and specify it as either a debt (for client accounts) or a credit (for supplier accounts).

  1. Include Billing and Shipping Address Details

You have the option to provide the billing and shipping addresses for the account, including the city, zip code, and country. Furthermore, you can indicate whether the billing and shipping addresses are the same.
