Each account in Devinstock is categorized as a lead, customer, or a supplier. It comes with a dedicated page that showcases a summary dashboard for business activities (sales, communications, transactions .. ) highlighting key metrics and performance indicators. It also contains essential account information, payment terms and addresses.

Users can display a log of activities, manage contacts associated with the account, and track transactions, making the account management simple and easy.

The account page presents essential information, including the account reference, customer classification (customer, supplier, or prospect), the account manager, and tabs for navigating activities, contacts, and transactions linked to the account.

The summary dashboard in Devinstock showcases key financial transaction metrics related to transactions with a client or supplier:

  • Total Ordered Amount: This represents the total value of goods or services ordered by the client or supplier.
  • Total Invoiced Amount: This indicates the total amount invoiced to the client or supplier for goods or services rendered.
  • Total Debts: This reflects the total outstanding debts owed to the client or by supplier.
  • Receipts Awaiting to be Paid: This shows the total value of receipts that have been issued but not yet paid by the client.
  • Receipts Collected: This represents the total value of receipts that have been issued and successfully collected from the client.
  • Total Expenses: This indicates the total expenses incurred in transactions with a supplier.

These metrics offer a comprehensive overview of the financial interactions and obligations linked to each client or supplier, leading to efficient financial management and decision-making.

Moreover, it is possible to showcase billing terms and define both shipping and billing addresses for each account. This practice guarantees precision and completeness in managing business data related to financial transactions and shipping logistics.

For each account, you have the option to display the history and summary of payment transactions. Each transaction shows a reference, category (sale, transfert, etc), payment status (cashed, pending ..), and the related invoice. If the invoice incurs expenses, it will be displayed under "caused by".
