Manage your contacts


Contacts enables users to efficiently organize and maintain relationships within their account personas, promoting effective communication and collaboration. Devinstock simplifies the management of contacts within accounts, offering flexibility for both professional and individual clients.

Users can easily create and link contacts to their accounts.

  • Professional accounts (companies) can have many contacts attached to the profile.
  • Non-professional (individual) accounts have contacts automatically generated with the same information.
  1. Establishing an account contact


To create an individual account contact, please follow these steps:

  • Navigate to CRM/Accounts and create a new account.
  • Disable the "Professional" option.

  • Provide the required information, including your full name. Then scroll to input your email address and telephone details.

  • Save the account, and then visit its page to access and manage the newly created individual contact.

You can edit the contact by clicking on the three dots.

Within the pop-up form, you can update the essential details including the contact photo or avatar, name, email, phone number, and job title. Once completed, proceed to save the new contact:

  • Full name: John Doe
  • email: [email protected],
  • phone: +1 (555) 555-1234
  • job title: Sales and Marketing

To access the list of all contacts within your account database, simply navigate to the CRM/Contacts section. Here, you will find a centralized repository containing detailed information about each contact associated with your account.

For quick and efficient retrieval of specific contact information, you can easily search for contacts within the account by typing a name, email address, or any other relevant keyword into the search bar.

Additionally, you have the option to create a new account directly from the contacts page. Simply navigate to "CRM -> contacts," click on "New Contact," navigate to the contact form, and add the relevant information. You can also attach the contact to an existing account by clicking on "Add New Account" and searching for it (optional).
