Filter and Search Accounts

When engaging in business activities, it is common to create and import a considerable number of accounts, such as customers, suppliers, or leads (prospects). As a result, it is essential to use effective methods for sorting and searching through these accounts using different criterias.

Devinstock simplifies the process of searching for accounts by providing various filtering options such as type, name, country, sector, date, and more.

To filter your accounts, please proceed to the CRM section and open the accounts list. Subsequently, select the filter option and designate the criteria you desire to filter by.

  1. Filter by Type

When filtering by type, such as 'customer,' you can easily select the relevant option, and Devinstock will filter list of all customers for you.

  1. Filter by Country

Accounts can be filtered and segmented by country. To obtain results, please choose the filter country of origin for your accounts.

You can also filter by date, click on the date option and choose from the available options to filter the customers based on when they were created: 1 day ago, 2 days ago, 3 days ago, 1 week ago, 2 weeks ago, 1 month ago, 3 months ago, etc. Alternatively, you can select a specific date range to further refine your search.

  1. Multiple filters

To enhance the filtering capabilities, you have the option to apply multiple filters concurrently in order to refine your search parameters. For instance, you can specify filters to display the list of leads that were generated from France during the month of April 2024.

  1. Customization of Table View for Accounts List

You have the option to customize the list view of accounts by selecting the columns you wish to display. To proceed, simply click on 'Columns' and toggle the desired options to appear in the account table. Additionally, you can arrange the columns by sorting them via drag and drop functionality.
