Devinstock CRM funnels


Devinstock offers a comprehensive Customer Relationship Management (CRM) module designed to streamline the process of creating and managing sales funnels or pipelines.

With the CRM feature, users can efficiently track their sales activities from start to finish, enabling them to make data-driven decisions and optimize their sales strategies.

The intuitive interface of the CRM module makes it easy to create new funnels and opportunities to convert leads into customers seamlessly, providing a smooth transition from prospecting to closing deals.


By default, every account come with a built in funnel pipeline in a Kanban Form, users can modify and customize, the lists of statuses and opportunities.

In order to view the list of sales opportunities, please navigate to "CRM->Opportunities". Upon accessing this section, you will discover that a default Funnel has already been established, containing the following status lists:


  • Qualified
  • Meet & present
  • Propose
  • Negotiate
  • Close Won
  • Close Lost

With the funnel feature, you have the ability to create and manage list statuses, add new lists, reorder the statuses, add new opportunities, customize the list view, and personalize the funnel view.

Edit Status


To modify the status, click on the three dots and select "Edit Status", as shown in the image below:

You have the ability to adjust the name of the list. Let's update the title to "Inbox" then proceed by clicking on the blue button to save.

Also, you have the ability to apply a new color. Let's update the color to "Orange", then proceed by clicking on the blue button to save.

You might want to modify the order of list status, to do so click on the three dots and select "Edit Statuses", as shown in the image below:

You can drag and rearrange the entire lists according to you preference.

Add a New Status


You can also add a new status from the opportunity funnel page by clicking "add a status"

Let's add a designation to the latest CRM pipeline status, and label it as "On Hold", and then proceed to save

Let's modify its color to yellow, now by selecting the hexadecimal code #FFFF00.

Add new Opportunity


To initiate a new sales or partnership opportunity, please proceed to the funnel page and locate the "Add an opportunity" button below each list.


You have the option to include a title and description outlining the opportunity details, assign it to a team member, and specify priority and due date if necessary.

Opportunity Title and Description

You can also establish a due date for the opportunity treatment by your team, by selecting the "Due Date" option and assigning a future date.

When selecting a priority level for the opportunity card, you have the option to choose between urgent, high, normal, and low.

You have also the option to delegate or assign the opportunity to one of your teammates.

Once you have finished, please click on "Confirm" to create the opportunity card. Voilà, you have successfully created a new opportunity card is created in your CRM pipeline.

Users can add multiple opportunities according to their usage plan.

Moreover, it is possible to include an estimation of the business potential value by adding 5000 EUR to this project opportunity.
