How to create product variants


Devinstock's variant feature allows you to easily create, track, and update product variations, empowering you to optimize your inventory with multiple options. Whether your product is offering different configurations for electronics or various sizes for clothing, variants provide the flexibility you need to adapt to market demands and enhance customer satisfaction.

You can define variations in color, size, or specifications for your products, ensuring you always have the right options available to meet customer needs.

To add a new product variant, make sure you have selected the "Has Variants" option, then click on "Add Row".

Select the variant option name: Size, Color, Material, Style

Specify the option "color," insert the option values, and then click on confirm

Once the option is confirmed, it is added automatically as follows.

Users have the ability to select multiple options concurrently. They can choose from variant option sizes and option values, such as iPhone Pro or iPhone Pro Max.

Once the size option is confirmed, the data will be saved. You will then be able to view the available combinations of variants for your product and input the opening stock quantity for each product variant. If the product does not have variants, the opening stock will be based on the product reference.

Once the task is completed, please click on the 'Save' button and navigate to the product page. In the 'Variants' tab, you will find detailed information about the product variants, including the available quantity for each, the total number of variants, and the overall quantity.
