Sending emails
Devinstock CRM streamlines email communication by integrating with popular email platforms like Gmail, Gsuite and Outlook. Users can send and receive emails directly within the Devinstock interface, ensuring all communication related to a lead or opportunity is centralized and easily accessible by team members.
Users have the capability to send and track emails directly from their account page or alternatively from the opportunity page.
To start sending emails, navigate to the CRM opportunity page, and click on "Emails" Tab
Connecting your email
To send your first email, you'll have to connect your email provider (Personal or Professional),, to do so click on "Send an email" button.
You have the ability to connect multiple emails for use within the application.
Initiate the integration with your email provider (Gmail or Outlook), let's click on "sign in with Gmail Oauth"
You will be prompted to select your email, then grant permission to the Devinstock application to send and receive emails on your behalf.
Also, you modify the sender identity that is displayed, enabling the sending of emails using user own name as an example. Furthermore, please specify a group of individuals who are authorized to utilize this email address within the application.
Once the integration is completed, click on the finish button. You will receive a success message indicating that the email is now ready to be used.
To commence the process of sending a new email, please click on "Send an Email". Within the email form, input the recipient's email address, subject line, and message content.
You can also add multiple signatures, save it to be used later, in addition you have the ability attach files to your content.
Once your email is prepared, please click on the "Send Now" button to send a test email and verify its reception in the recipient's inbox.
Furthermore, you can verify the email has been sent and stored within Devinstock by either clicking on the "Activities" or "Email Tabs".
You receive an added benefit by email track check, that the email has been opened and seen by the recipient.
Also, you have the ability to access the email page, receive emails within the same thread, and send reply or follow-up messages accordingly. To do so click on the email from the opportunity page.
To send a replay or follow-up message click on "Replay by email", and fill the replay email content.
Check that the email is saved within the same thread !
